What a pleasant experience from start to finish! AS Cars were a pleasure to deal with. I purchased my new car unseen on the assurance that if it wasn't as described I could walk away with no financial penalty's. AS Cars delivered the car to myself (a distance of more than 200 miles) and took my current car away as part exchange. We had been wanting an open top car for some time, having a particular marque and model in mind. After some intensive searching on specialist and other websites we came across AS Cars Leeds Ltd who appeared to have exactly what we wanted, good spec and colour, low mileage with a full service history, all at a very competitive price. On visiting AS Cars we met Dean who kindly showed us the car which met, if not exceeded, the very accurate and comprehensive description and photos on the website. There was no ‘hard sell’ at any time during our negotiations more of an open and genuine discussion. Also, during the process of buying the car, we had constant communication regarding, taxing, mot and collection. Overall, dealing with A.S Cars was a very good experience and it was a pleasure doing business with Dean. I part ex'd my car and found the proprietor really helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I didn't feel rushed into committing to a purchase, was able to test drive the car and felt confident in the purchase. It's clear the proprietor only deals with cars he thinks are worth selling as the collection and number of cars was small but of high quality. If I was looking for another car I would definitely use this seller again.

He was selling a lovely Defender 110 that I was very keen on but given I am based down South it was tricky to get up to Leeds. Dean was patient with me and held the car for me in exchange for a sensible deposit. It took a while (Dean didn’t put pressure on me) but when I finally got up to Leeds, I was thrilled with the car which was as described in advert. Couldn’t recommend Dean (there is nothing he doesn’t know about Defenders!) and AS Cars highly enough.

I only viewed the car online but having spoken to Dean was convinced that it was the car I wanted. I needed a car as I am a key worked and the lease was about to run out on the car I currently have. By chance I spotted a 2014 Xtrail Tekna DCI for sale on the website of AS Cars of Leeds. As I reside in Cornwall I was rather hesitant about negotiating at such a distance for a car, but I experienced no problems with the salesman who proved very helpful. Obviously I arranged an RAC Inspection and I'm pleased to say the car lived up to the details I was given by the garage. it is true the inspection was so thorough that it did reveal a few very minor problems but these were of no consequence and did not affect my decision to purchase. AS Cars delivered the car to me in Cornwall and I am delighted with it, in fact its performance and condition even surpassed my expectations. So whilst buying cars may be at times difficult, I can only say well done to AS Cars and I would not hesitate in buying off them again if they had the car I wanted.

I can find no fault with this outlet. Dean's relaxed, no pressure approach to me as a customer was an absolute tonic in a world otherwise gone nuts. I collected an as described, used Nissan Navara today, have done about 80 miles so far and have just finished the setting everything up process. Everything works as new and I'm ready to get it to work. So impressed was I with Dean's knowledge and experience. that I am not going to replace the family car with a brand new one. He has agreed to source me a used car within warranty and I trust him to do so. (No more main dealers for me I'm glad to say).
